Look, I'm one who can always understand that life happens and there may be times one of us may need to cancel/reschedule. And if i must reschedule same day and in some situations prior to same day I will always uphold my promise to either offer extra time or slightly less rate. It's just the right thing to do and whereas I'm a rebel in many ways I'm one who believes in common courtesy and respect.
